Strafford Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is an independent, primarily self-supporting, non-profit 501c3 economic development corporation based out of Dover, New Hampshire.
Our mission is to support projects that create new or secure existing local jobs. We can finance real estate (including Workforce Housing), working capital, facility improvements, and machinery & equipment.
We are Northern New England's only US Small Business Community Advantage lender. We are a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certified by the US Treasury.
