Strafford Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is pleased to announce the re-opening of its Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for contracted Consultant Chief Financial Officer/Chief Executive Officer (CFO/CEO) services.

📄 About the Opportunity
SEDC is requesting written proposals from qualified professionals interested in being considered for providing contracted Consultant Chief Financial Officer/Chief Executive Officer (CFO/CEO) services for SEDC clients as part of our Customer/Client Financial Services.
🛠️ Scope of Services
The consultant will assist new, existing, and potential borrowers with:
Setting up financial management systems
Interpreting data and generating financial reports
Forecasting future financial needs
Transitioning financial management decisions into implementation
This is a hands-on role, not advisory-only. Confidentiality and the ability to work across disciplines are critical. Qualified applicants must be sensitive to the fact that the owners will be at a stressful juncture in the development of their business.
🎓 Qualifications
Proposers must have experience in executive-level management, including:
Financial analysis and reporting
Financial projections
Financial and cost accounting
Budgeting
Financial tracking
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
Information technology
Sales and marketing
Human resources
Operations
💵 Budget & Program Duration
Maximum budget: $12,500
Program dates: July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025
🏛️ Funding Source
This program is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant from the NH Community Development Finance Authority under the provisions and subject to the requirements of Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (as amended).
The grant is made to the County of Grafton, NH and sub-granted to the NH Alliance of Regional Development Corporations. SEDC is matching the $30,000 sub-grant allocation to this program with an additional $30,000.
